Clean Rooms, Real Rest, Right at the Border

"I booked a room through my T- mobile portal, online i booked a room with a hot tub it showed the picture of the room and also said it was pet friendly. When i checked in i was assigned a room that didn't have a hot tub. I went to talk to the receptionist and was told that i had booked a different room that didn't have a hot tub when the picture and description of the room online said otherwise. Later on that night i had went to a concert next door and left my pets in the room. When i came back to my room i had a very aggressive note left on my door that said to "go the reception ASAP!!!" When i went down to talk to Sophia the receptionist, she rudely informed me that the hotel did NOT allow pets (when it clearly says they do on their booking information) also was told my pets had "disturbed" other people staying in the hotel with their barking the whole time i was out (which i doubt they were barking the whole time.) I was then charged double the pet fee because "i did not inform them of my pets in the building" when i was under the impression that that certain room was pet friendly (according to their online booking.) Sophia the receptionist was very rude and condescending when explaining the situation even when I tried to explain my side of my understanding. Next day at check out i spoke to the supervisor about what had happened the night before. She couldn't care less about my situation and was of course no help. I asked to talk to the owners of the hotel which then the supervisor asked for my number and told me to expect a call back, but never received the call. Skip this hotel they are not professional or accommodating."

"Was ok, non-smoking room still had a smell. But the Breakfast was the worst of any place I've stayed. Nothing hot not even the coffee. They show pictures on their site of waffle maker, juice machine and fresh fruit. And all that's here is cereal and toast and some kind of fake orange juice. Going to try to post their picture and then what is actually here."
